There are countries on our planet, that polarize people's opinions in a really astonishing way. Such a country is France. Have you ever asked people about France? Two types of reactions will come up: Either you'll hear praises about the landscape, the savoir-vivre and special cultural qualities or you should prepare to duck as you are now under general suspicion to collaborate with those pighead follows, frog-eaters, cultural fanatics...

Well, I'd be more with the first opinion. The french have their peciularities as every society has'em - but that does in no way question the facts about the beauty of their country, the general knowledge on how to make a good living and have a good cuisine (see my tarte flambée recipe).
